Appointment Fee & Rescheduling Policy

 Your appointment fee will be applied in full toward the purchase of your gown. We understand that plans can change; appointments may be rescheduled without forfeiting your appointment fee when notice is provided at least four (4) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within four (4) hours of the appointment may result in the loss of the appointment fee.
